Toggle is a design/art experiment. Each issue is based on a theme that is picked at random and then explored by two artists. The artist develop work based on the theme separately at first. They then create new work from the individual pieces. However, they do this together, piece by piece, back and forth, each one adding to the work from individual pieces until the artists decide it is finished. The idea of working together, back and forth is meant to inspire artistic growth and brings new ideas to the surface. Issue 2 now out!

UEFA Chief Executive Lars-Christer Olsson has described UEFA EURO 2004™ in Portugal as the "best-ever" UEFA European Championship final round.
Well prepared
"From the organisational point of view we have never been as well prepared in all areas as we have been for this tournament," he added. "The co-operation with the authorities has been excellent."
Mr Olsson also expressed UEFA's satisfaction with various media figures for the tournament. Television viewing figures in major European markets reached 845 million for the group stage, a rise of 26 per cent on the 2000 final round in Belgium and the Netherlands, while visits to the official tournament website euro2004.com had broken records early in the tournament - there had been 12 million visits and 130 million page views only three days after the start of the competition.
