Inspired Lisbon

If design is by nature a problem-solving discipline, what happens when designers and other creative professionals are themselves asking questions about the present, and the future, of our societies?

From the 13th to the 17th February, at the Valadares Palace, Chiado, the first edition of a cultural project aiming to stimulate the discussion and the critical debate of current issues and to answer questions brought up by the creative community will occur. Inspired Lisbon by Bombay Sapphire is an international cultural program with free access, which, under the motto of informed conversation will host debates, conferences, talks, workshops, documentaries, a performance and an exhibition.
It’s dedicated to project-based creative fields and will seek disciplinary diversity – through the promotion of projects related to design and its many fields of intervention, such as product, communication, fashion and architecture design, as well as transversally crossing and extending design to other fields of social activity – incorporating environmental, political, social and economic concerns.
