Steam Box new paintings by artist El Gato Chimney at Two Window Project in Berlin

Two Window Project in Berlin is currently presenting El Gato Chimney of Milan with his first exhibition in Berlin. His playful images on canvas and paper are a blend of Surrealism and Steam Punk.

His teapot inspired flying machines and soar over fantastic landscapes of a world in another dimension and time. Fantasy and fictional Victorian technology flourish in his heroic scenarios. Cryptic messages swathed in candy like colors depict stories that could be from the present or from a century that has long passed.

Jabi Machado of Seville paints his portraits and landscapes in a way that bridges real with the surreal. His imagination flies freely while the finished painting converges with fluidity and accuracy. Each element in an almost perfect union in the semblance of a strange and indecipherable humor that brings the viewer to smile.
