"El buscador en ARCO" - so, what is Art?

In 2007, a spanish TV show managed to include a painting done by a bunch of 2 and 3 year old kids in ARCO, one of the best known Art Exhibitions in the World, held in Madrid, Spain and gathered some opinions about the painting. Noone doubted about the quality of it. This poses the question about the true value of art as a commercial object
